Meet the founder - Kasia

Hey, I’m Kasia – Your Guide to Epic Adventures
I’m a fully qualified and insured outdoor instructor with a deep passion for turning wild landscapes into playgrounds for learning, challenge, and adventure. But let’s rewind—this all started with years of personal travels and mountain missions, exploring breathtaking peaks in Norway, Italy, Germany, Poland, France, and the UK. Somewhere between dodging unpredictable weather and perfecting my campfire cooking, I realised the outdoors wasn’t just a hobby—it was the way of life. So, in 2021, I quit my corporate job, went all in, and never looked back.
🏔️ From Passion to Profession
Before stepping into the role of an instructor, I wanted to gain as much hands-on experience as possible. I signed up for a navigation and climbing course with an incredibly skilled and inspiring instructor, hoping to build my confidence and independence in the mountains. Not only did I walk away with solid skills, but I also found a mentor and a great friend. His passion for the outdoors and his approach to teaching lit a fire in me, and with his guidance and mentorship, I pursued my own path to becoming an instructor. Fast forward, and I’m now a Mountain Leader (ML) and Rock Climbing Instructor (RCI), working with top outdoor providers in the UK and running adventure training for the British Army. I’m also a proud member of the Mountain Training Association (MTA), British Mountaineering Council (BMC), Association of Mountaineering Instructors (AMI), and The Alpine Club—because professional excellence matters when you're hanging off a rock face.
🌍 Expedition Leading & Outdoor Education
As an expedition leader, I’ve guided groups through some of the most challenging and beautiful landscapes, both in the UK and beyond. I make sure every adventure is a mix of skill-building, personal growth, and unforgettable moments.
💡 My Style? Professional, Approachable, and Always Up for a Laugh
I believe learning should be fun, engaging, and confidence-boosting. Whether you’re brand new to the outdoors or looking to refine your skills, I tailor every session to your experience and goals—always with a good dose of humour and encouragement.
🛠️ Committed to Safety & Progression
Adventure is awesome, but safety is non-negotiable. Alongside my instructor qualifications, I’m also trained in FREC 3 (First Response Emergency Care), Expedition First Aid, and PPE Inspection, ensuring top-tier safety standards. I’m constantly upping my game through CPD courses and currently working towards my Mountaineering and Climbing Instructor (MCI) qualification—because there’s always another peak to reach.
When I’m not instructing, you’ll find me chasing winter climbs, tackling alpine routes, skiing, or plotting the next big expedition.
Whatever your adventure dreams, I’m here to help make them happen.
K.
